Keeping Track of Time

Research shows that soft skills are often better predictors of success in the workplace than technical skills. Keeping Track of Time explores time management through two contrasting photostories featuring Homer, who works as a gardener. Homer is a good gardener, but he can't seem to get organized. His client, Pat, sometimes wonders what Homer gets done in a day. And she's losing her patience. When Homer employs a few time management techniques, he gets a lot more done and Pat is much happier.
