Fad Diets is one title in a 9-title set of bilingual photostories. Each title includes a photostory presented in both English and Arabic. Fad Diets tells the story of Al's attempts to lose weight. Al tries some fad diets only to discover that they don't work. He gains back the weight and often feels tired and ill. Al learns that the only way to lose weight sensibly and safely is through healthy, balanced eating habits.
